Bravery

There are two kinds of bravery. The first kind is being bold, doing things that nobody else would dare to do. This can be taking risks, or putting yourself out there. The other kind is doing what you think is right, not really caring about how the wind blows. You can be one kind or the other, you can be both kinds, or you can be neither. I like to think that everbody is both, at one time or another.

Pure Bliss Continuos thought

and for a moment i'm there in pure bliss wrapping all around me like a break after torture thats what it is, torture of life is wrapping all around me, feel it, feel it, but right before i can appreciate it its gone and back comes the lights the noises and trauma and i'm gone

My Dishonest Path

Nothing but empty road on both sides
Oh well, better than all those lies
Secrets with which I live, die
Every morning I must wake to
So maybe this path is best left deserted
Wouldn't let anybody near me be hurt

Hypocrites

There are more hypocrites in this world, or at least our country, than you can imagine. Maybe you are one. You could be rockin’ out on your priceless iPod, to a Kanye West song about the evils of diamonds, but look! You’ve got some new studs in your ears, or maybe bought some rocks to buy back that ‘special’ someone. Possibly your shaking your head about the arrogance of others, but planning to shop in your Uggs later. Maybe catch a game with some guys instead of going to church on Sunday. There are a million combinations of hypocrisy- we all use more than we should everyday.
